ROUND SLICES OF KOKOREC

100% spring lamb from Balıkesir is specifically wrapped in Izmir. It is especially grilled over the charcoal fire for four hours at Tezgah. It is cut into round slices and put in the dishes. The onion, pepper, and tomato are roasted, put next to it and served to tables. Cheddar is used on the top as a dressing if you like, and all you have to do is to eat it with real pleasure.
