Soujouk

Time to forget ordinary, well-known soujouk. We prepare our soujouk in Nevsehir where it is specifically blended with spices and cook it over the charcoal fire at Tezgah. We serve it either as a portion, or inside the bread. But, we say “no, it’s not enough for us”, then we cook sıcak humus (mashed chickpeas with tahini served hot) and cover it with soujouk. Al you have to do is to eat it with real pleasure.
