Our sausages

Our sausages are specifically prepared with 100% veal, natural lamb intestines, and freshly grinded spices. You may either prefer smoked frankfurter and bratwurst with cheddar on top of it with our mayonnaise with grilled garlic, or you may try our sausages with cheddar- jalapeno and gruyere inside with our mayonnaise with grilled garlic inside our specially baked bread. If you don’t feel like eating bread, we may serve our Marquez sausages prepared by a butcher as a portion. And, we wouldn’t forget German potato salad and caramelized onions that are extremely delicious when it is served with our sausages 😉 Please do forget about your experience with sausages you’ve ever had, because we will surprise you very much.
