The thick yoghurt and strained yoghurt are mixed together. Specifically fermented black garlic is applied on top of it. The freshly diced cucumber and olive oil that smells wonderful are added into the yoghurt, as gained its aroma and colour. Even appetizers are delicious as much as it can be at Tezgah.
